Our 6 Phase Process

PHASE 1: THE QUOTE
You download and fill out a quick questionnaire that helps us understand your vision for your website or uncover areas where you aren’t sure which direction to take. After you email that back to us, we offer our expertise and develop a strategy accordingly and refine it back and forth. This strategy serves as a blue print for development. It will include number of pages, colors, fonts, layout opinions, functionality and most important, the timeline. We refine this until we understand your direction 100% and then we provide you with a quote and a timetable for getting your website completed.  Download Questionnaire

PHASE 2: COMMITMENT
You commit to us, we commit to you. After agreeing on a price and a delivery date, a service agreement will be drafted up outlining the details from Step 1. We both sign the agreement and payment is delivered.

The project has begun!

PHASE 3: GETTING ORGANIZED
All pictures, verbiage, submission form data, video, audio, links or any other additional materials are organized and delivered to us or compiled by us if you need our help. While everything is being organized, we’ll begin Step 4.

PHASE 4: HOME PAGE DESIGN
We create a custom, professionally designed mock-up of the homepage to determine the look and feel. The design is presented for your review and feedback. You have 100% creative control over the home page design. Any edits that you would like are executed immediately. After edits are completed and you have approved and finalized them, we move forward to Phase 5.

PHASE 5: PRODUCTION
We then take the design from Phase 4 and code it, creating all additional subpages. Any flash motion graphics and/or back-end database work is started. Here, we take all of your verbiage, photos, etc. from Phase 3 and populate the website with content. During production, you will be provided with continual updates and a link to follow the updates. We’ll hold your hand through the entire process, and give suggestions to enhance the end result.

PHASE 6: QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our work is fully tested for quality assurance and we take care of all the technicalities in taking it live. Your website is up!!!

Once your website is live, it now needs to be found in search engines!!! We provide custom search engine optimization (SEO) to help your website to start gaining ground in the rankings and to drive people to your site!
